NDIS
Unregistered Provider
Bayside Foot Clinic is currently classified as an unregistered
NDIS provider.

Unregistered NDIS providers can still provide services which
are fully funded by the NDIS (just like a registered provider)
however, they cannot claim invoices to the NDIS directly.
At Bayside Foot Clinic we can work with the following 2 types
of NDIS Participants:
-
Self-Managed NDIS Plans – This means the patient will have
full control and responsibility for arranging and paying for the funded
supports in their NDIS plan. No referral is necessary and these
participants can call us to organise their treatments. Self-Managed participants will be directly responsible for payment of their podiatry services on the day of their appointment. Please check with the NDIS Provider to see if the services we offer are covered under their plan. They will then have to manually claim the funds back from the NDIS via the NDIS portal.

-
Plan-Managed NDIS Plans – This means the patient will have their NDIS Plan managed for them by a third party/organisation. For these participants, we invoice the plan manager directly for the participant's podiatry services. The patient is not out of pocket. We will require prior financial approval from your plan manager for these services. Once approved by the plan manager, we can go ahead with the treatment. To organise podiatry services for an Plan-Managed NDIS participant, please email info@baysidefootclinic.com.au for more information.
