Bayside Foot Clinic is happy to accept GP referrals for DVA

patients, with white of gold cards, in need of podiatry care.

Whether you require basic foot and nail care or have more
extensive foot concerns like custom/semi-custom orthotics,
Medical Grade Footwear (MGF) or AFO's, Bayside Foot Clinic
is here to help you. Appointments can be in the clinic, located
in Cleveland, or we can arrange for our podiatrist to provide
in-home services to you.

All that is required is a referral from your GP. Referrals are
valid for 12 months and enable participants to receive a full
range of podiatric services with no out of pocket costs!
