DO's 

 

  • DO check your feet daily for cuts, bruises and swelling

  • DO wash feet daily with warm soapy water and dry well

  • DO keep toenails trimmed

  • DO wear suitable footwear to protect your feet

  • DO see your podiatrist regularly

DON'Ts 

​

  • DON'T go barefoot

  • DON'T soak your feet - this leads to dryness

  • DON'T apply cream between your toes

  • DON'T wear poorly fitting shoes
